Q:  How do I know Customer Leads are Real?

A:  All of our customers are obtained through active advertising.  The customers that are sent to you are customers that have just placed their information into the Request Master system.  Once that happens, their information is immediately sent to you so that you can contact that customer.  We don't believe in purchasing lists or pretending to send customers for the sake of earning commissions.  We are interested in maintaining a good relationship and want to keep you in our network.  Sending you "fake" leads would not get that accomplished.

Q:  Where do you typically advertise?  What are the sources of customers?

A:  The sources of customers vary.  We advertise both online and in some areas offline as well.  Our advertising strategies are very mixed and comprise of numerous different types of sources.  We typically don't have any one single source of customers.  And we advise that you do the same, which is why joining the Request Master network is one of the MANY sources you should have to bring good quality business to your table.

Q:  What happens if I get a bad lead?

A:  Well that's and easy one.  With our unlimited leads plans you don't have to worry about getting charged for each and every lead.  That's the beauty of it! 

Q:  Why don't you charge when I actually schedule the customer instead?

A:  The main reason is that we do not offer a scheduling and appointment service.  We work hard to find and send customers your way.  It's up to you to take hold of that opportunity and sell your business.  In much the same way as someone calling you over the phone.  You are also the best salesperson because it is your business and can best represent your services.
